Fallout By Todd Strasser

This is a wonderful book about a family that builds a bomb shelter during the Cold War. While building it everyone laughs at them and tells them it is a waste of time. One night they hear sirens go off, and the family rushes to the bomb shelter. People from the outside try to push their way into the shelter as well. This book then tells of the hardships and sacrifices the characters in the book need to endure if they want to make it out alive.

I really enjoyed reading this book.
